    iam 47 years already in menopause ,i always feel bloated also very uncormfortable after eating food.and my tummy always swollen.

    I’ve increased the whole grains I’m taking in – 12 grain bread (which is delicious), whole grain pasta instead of plain white pasta, etc. I’m also eating more yogurt, which is something I should have started doing a long time ago!
