Not the begining of the End

Question-: I am 48 and my period is overdue by nearly 4 weeks. this has never happened to me before, although I have been a few days late recently. could this be the menopause? I feel very anxious about it and am thinking about seeing the doctor for a hormone test. I feel so unwilling to accept that this is “the beginning of the end” that I have even been asking myself could I possibly be pregnant, but realistically I know that is extremely unlikely!
Reply-: This may be the beginning of the menopause, but certainly NOT the beginning of the end.  See your GP for blood tests
The menopause is the last phase of the women’s life cycle, that has been ongoing  from puberty & been part of every day life.Once over this phase,  free of monthly worry.

Would you be interested in telling your readers about an event I am running in October this year? The event The Fire Within – Celebrating the Menopause will be offering delegates the chance to hear from two of the UKs top authors on the subject of the menopause. They will also be able to experience therapies, mediatation, talk to experts about nutrition and well being, even find out how to dress to impress at any age.

Please contact me on 0844 669 6959 or 07970 600710, I will be more than happy to discuss further.

    Thank you for your time
