Night sweats

Question :- I am 51 and have been suffering the menopause for a number of years. I particularly suffer from hot flushes and night sweats. HRT is out of the question because I have a family history of thrombosis and cancer. Can you recommend a product that may help or a well respected doctor who I can contact. My current doctor keeps prescribing me with anti-depressants which do not seem to work.

Keep bedroom temperatures down with plenty of ventilation creating a draft through the room

Use cotton bed linen and night clothes

Complimentary and relaxation therapies, try  yoga, and plenty of exercise all contribute to a better nights sleep.
