Exclude Wheat.
Question:-I have not had a period for a year now, and during that time I have gained ten pounds even though I have not been eating any more than usual. I am ready to change my eating habits, but I am getting conflicting information about what, for example, to eat for breakfast. Some friends have advised me to cut wheat out of my diet.
Reply:-As we get older our tolerance to some foods change, you may have had wheat every day, for years but once excluded you will feel and see the benefits
Eating for what you are involves the Blood Group Diet & menopause diet. Check out on Menopause.org uk
Try fruit, dairy & fish as a change, use Rye or rice cakes, exclude wheat for 2 weeks.
