Diet after HRT

Question:-I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago and was on HRT 3 months ago I came off my HRT but now experience all the systems mentioned re menopause especially weight gain and bloating, loss of libido, flushes tiredness. please advise

Reply:-Check your diet,  Try to exclude wheat over the next month, smaller more frequent meals that balance your blood sugars, check out Low GI diet &  the menopause diet.   Take a supplement of vitamins & minerals, and some form of  exercise to kick start you endocrine system as the HRT has balanced you, now you have to do it yourself
