Confidence in your GP/ stopping HRT
Question:-I am 46 had a hysterectomy at 41 total, was put on implant because of the symptoms not keen to continue but helps greatly with the overwhelming tiredness and unable to cope with everyday things any advice .
My GP doesn’t really want to listen
Reply:- Always seek advice from those who subscribed your treatment if at all possible. If not ask to see another GP who hopefully will be more understanding, fresh face, different approach,
Before stopping any medication( under medical supervision ) expect menopausal symptoms to return
Check:-
Diet :- drink plenty of water, restrict your intake of tea & coffee
reduce the amount of processed & junk foods
Eat more phyto-oestrogenic foods, Soya, corn, apples, bananas, oats, green vegetables, lentils
Take Supplements, being deficient in any of the main ones means depletion of others,
