Changing medication

Question:- I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago ( ovaries intact however). During periods i would suffer badly from migraines and sickness, debilitatingly. Over the past 18 months my GP put me on hrt patches which were very effective. Now i am returning to the old cycle of migraines and incredible tiredness. I am aware that different amounts of oestrogen are neede during the cycle and i have been experimenting with the dosage. Currently i am on 25mg patches but do not know if i should increase or decrease at certain times of the month. My experimenting is very hit or miss but i do not want to get back in to the cycle of sickness again. Reading your information i wonder if i need more in the first half and less in the second half of my cycle. When the headaches occur so does the pain in my ovary, particularly the right side. Can you offer advice please?

It is important to maintain the correct dosage of medication prescribed unless other wise informed.
