What can we do -: look at your diet, eat regular smaller meals, snack on fruit, seeds and nuts, try new foods weekly, fish, meats and vegetable you’ve not eaten before, vegetable packs make healthy heart warming soups.
Plan your meals daily, not on the spur of the moment. Reduce processed, ready made and tinned foods, dairy and fizzy drinks, buying more fresh produce. ensure you have your 5 a day portions and plenty of water
With the current climate this does not have to cost a lot extra, use and support your local market buying just one item, ask advice on cooking methods, buy reduced items, give them a try …make changes
Life style changes -: Commit to a regular exercise routine, be more confident, more commitment to a Healthier new image and new life style
