Hormones. YOU are not alone

 Question:-I am 45  so emotional & at times,angry & hate everyone.  Christmas was terrible, due to my hormonal behaviour & emotional & sensitive state, I cry at the drop of a hat.& feel lonely.  People avoid me & to be honest I would avoid me. My 2 older sisters sailed through their menopause. They are lovely & sweet natured & remained so throughout – so why am I suffering all these symptoms & feeling so awful.

Look at your diet, it should be smaller more frequent meals, to help maintain blood sugar levels.   Plenty of fruit & vegetables to maintain a good body balance. Cut out processed foods, fizzy drinks , do drink plenty of water, daily exercise will help increase you Endorphins, feel good hormones. Check out supplements
